Activity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA.
When Recombinant Mouse IFN-gamma R1 Fc Chimera (Catalog # 1026-GR) is immobilized at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well), it binds to Recombinant Mouse IFN‑ gamma R2 in the presence of Recombinant Mouse IFN-gamma (Catalog # 485-MI). The concentration of Recombinant Mouse IFN‑ gamma R2 that produces 50% of the optimal binding response was found to be approximately 0.8-4 μg/mL.
