A “New Registration Acknowledgement” email will be sent to the email address you provided. Due to the nature of our products, we will need to verify your organisation and email address which can take 1-2 business days to complete.

When the account is verified, you will receive an “Account Registration Confirmation” email. After that you can see the item pricing and start shopping.

If you wish to update your account information, go to My account → My account information

Click “Forgot password” in the “Sign in” page:

Enter your email address and follow the instructions. A “Password recovery” email will be sent to your email address.

After you log in to your account, go to My account → My addresses

Enter your delivery address. You can add multiple addresses and set one as your default address

Every time you check out, your default address will automatically be used for your order. If you wish to use a different delivery address, you can change it in the checkout step.

Please ensure that you have selected the correct delivery address before placing your order.

Your billing address is the address where we will send the invoice of your order after goods are delivered. Billing address is established when your account is set up with In Vitro Technologies and cannot be changed. If you wish to change your billing address, please contact ecommerce@invitro.com.au

Add all items and quantities you wish to purchase to Cart and follow the instructions for checkout

Put all special requests for your order in the Comments section at checkout. If you need to add other requests after your order is placed, please contact our team at orders@invitro.com.au with your order number immediately. We may not be able to fulfill your special requests without prior communications.

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation from In Vitro Technologies. If you don’t receive an order confirmation, please contact ecommerce@invitro.com.au.

You have 2 options for payment:

• Invoice:

This option may not be available for all accounts.

You are not required to pay at the time of checkout. We require an official Purchase Order document from your organisation to be attached at checkout. A Purchase Order Number is also required. You will not be able to place an order without providing this information.

After goods are delivered, an invoice will be sent to your Billing address for payment.

• Credit card:

Thank you for your preference for credit card payment. For secured processing, please contact our Customer Care team on 1300 552 003 or orders@invitro.com.au to progress with your payment and purchase.
